Attribute manufacturer claims
A manufacturer’s description is a useful starting point, but we do not label it independent verification. Current device overview sources are identified as manufacturer materials, and regulatory fields remain unset until separately checked.
Read research in context
When research is added, our records should include the population, comparator, endpoint, follow-up and disclosed interests. The existence of a paper alone is not support for every product claim or a guaranteed result.
Make corrections traceable
Each verified fact has a source and date. Corrections should identify the changed field and flow into related comparisons from the same data. A traceable record matters more than a confident sentence.
